About Midday Mindshare
This event is part of Midday Mindshare, a monthly series created for CIC Members to learn, connect, and recharge together. Each month highlights a different topic led by innovators, founders, and subject-matter experts who bring valuable insights to our community. Every session offers fresh perspectives designed to support both personal and professional growth within the CIC ecosystem.
About this session
Hirsch Roberts Weinstein Attorneys will lead an interactive, startup-friendly employment law session designed specifically for CIC’s community of founders and scaling teams across tech, life sciences, and other innovation-driven industries. The presentation will tackle the real-world people and legal challenges that tend to pop up as companies grow inside fast-moving, collaborative ecosystems like CIC, from hiring and classifying talent to managing performance, navigating terminations, and avoiding common (and costly) missteps. Using practical examples and plain-English guidance, the session will help CIC members stay focused on building and scaling their businesses while keeping legal risk in check.
