companies, while architecting and pressure-testing strategies and supporting fundraising and exit readiness.

Parna is frequently invited to speak and moderate executive sessions at various tech conferences and corporate
events and is a regular contributor to Forbes.Com. She serves on the boards of health-tech and robotics startups
as well as various non-profit organizations, providing strategic oversight, governance and risk management
guidance. As a mentor and champion of women in tech, she leverages her business and partnership acumen to
fuel startup success and foster the next generation of leaders.
In her spare time, Parna enjoys hiking new trails and improving her golf game. A mother of two, Parna and her
husband live in Boston.
